It's easy... You don't have to do anything at all! The online newsletter and calendar are based on the printed version of the newsletter, so there is no need to send a separate article or calendar entry to the website committee. Send your articles to the newsletter committee as usual. They will forward the complete text of the newsletter to us, then we will convert most of it into web text and create the calendar pages. The online newsletter should be on the site about the same time the printed version is mailed, or shortly thereafter. We may make minor edits to make articles fit the web format, and we will remove all private information such as home addresses and phone numbers unless you specifically tell us not to. We do not plan to include classified ads or similar items.
If you have a correction or addition to your online article, please contact us. We can get updates on the site very quickly.
